01

What is Parents Matter?

Parents Matter is a series of 12 free online workshops on alcohol and family life, delivered by Youth Unity and commissioned by Public Health at the London Borough of Havering.

Children notice more than we think: changes in mood, patience, tone of voice and routines. Most parents who drink aren’t dependent, but regular drinking can still change the feel of family life.

This isn’t about lectures. Each session is relaxed and practical, with ideas you can try that week and support close to home if you want it.

Every session stands alone. Come to one, or all twelve.
