At Youth Unity, our **Future Tracks programme delivered in partnership with Southeastern Railway transforms how young people at risk are supported across South East London and Dartford. By embedding trauma-informed mentoring directly into the spaces young people move through, this partnership enables early, trusted engagement that strengthens resilience, reduces risk, and opens pathways to positive futures. Together with Southeastern Railway’s safeguarding team, British Transport Police, local authorities, and schools, we create supportive environments where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make safer choices, build essential life skills, and access opportunities that change the trajectory of their lives.
