At Youth Unity CIC, we support young people across the Medway Council who may be at risk of exploitation or harm. Working in partnership with Medway Council, we deliver early, relationship-based support through community youth work and one-to-one mentoring. We help young people feel safer, build resilience and move towards positive futures.
