At Youth Unity CIC, we have been working in partnership with the Peabody Community Foundation for the past four years to support young people across Kent through a combination of community outreach and targeted mentoring. Together, we have delivered early, relationship-based support to young people who may be at risk of exploitation, harm, or disengagement.

Through regular outreach in local neighbourhoods and structured one-to-one mentoring, we build trusted relationships that help young people feel safer, develop confidence, and access the right support at the right time. Working alongside local schools and services, our focus is on prevention, positive engagement, and helping young people move towards safer and more stable futures.
