Before joining the programme, I never felt confident speaking in front of others. Now I feel like my voice actually matters. I’ve learned how to express myself, build confidence and support my wellbeing in a positive way.
This programme helped me feel heard for the first time. I used to struggle with anxiety and keeping things to myself, but the sessions gave me a safe space to open up and connect with other young people.
I’ve become more confident, more motivated and more comfortable being myself. The activities and discussions really helped me understand my emotions and improve my mental wellbeing.

Supporting Schools Through Safe, Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Programmes
We work alongside schools, colleges and partner organisations to deliver engaging youth wellbeing programmes that support confidence, emotional resilience and positive self-expression. Our approach is fully safeguarding-led and trauma-informed, creating safe and inclusive spaces where young people feel respected, supported and heard.
Programmes are designed to encourage open conversations around wellbeing while helping participants build communication skills, confidence and stronger peer connections. Through creative activities, group discussions and youth voice projects, young people are empowered to explore their experiences in a supportive environment.
We also provide structured evaluation and impact reporting, including engagement data, wellbeing outcomes and participant feedback. This helps schools and commissioners measure programme effectiveness and gain valuable insights into student wellbeing themes and emotional needs.
By combining safe delivery, evidence-based practice and meaningful evaluation, we help schools create positive and lasting wellbeing impact across their communities.
