Specialist in Youth Support and Therapeutic Intervention
Shyronie Davis is a highly committed and compassionate youth practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience working with children, young people, and families across education, social care, and therapeutic settings. Currently training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist for children and adolescents, Shyronie combines academic insight with real-world experience to support vulnerable young people through some of life’s most complex challenges.
Her career spans a wide range of frontline roles, including working within a young offenders institution, where she supported at-risk youth through tailored intervention and rehabilitation. She has also worked in police custody suites, safeguarding children and young people vulnerable to exploitation and gang-related violence. Shyronie’s experience includes family support, behavioural mentoring, and trauma-informed therapeutic placements in schools.
She is deeply passionate about emotional wellbeing and racial wellness, having led youth advocacy projects and delivered impactful workshops that help young people explore identity, build resilience, and develop confidence.
With qualifications in Criminology and Youth Studies, counselling, and mental health, alongside an ongoing Master’s in Psychotherapy, Shyronie brings both expertise and empathy to every interaction. Her work is grounded in a firm belief in each young person’s capacity to grow, heal, and thrive when met with the right guidance and care.
